Comfortable beds and impressive decor made for a pleasant atmosphere. amenities were on point with everything needed for a relaxing stay.
Navigating the split-level Superior Double Room can be tricky. lugging luggage up the spiral staircase feels less than convenient. Wish there were dressing gowns in the room for added comfort, just a minor letdown among an otherwise enjoyable stay.

the location is hidden in an alley, how charming. the room had a spiral staircase which was an absolute hassel for my luggage. i couldn't believe that after all this they didn't even offer me a complimentary gift to make up for it. i almost gave a good review but just couldn’t.

Charming atmosphere with a stunning blend of old-world elegance and modern facilities. The staff, especially Alfonso and Francesca, went above and beyond to ensure everything ran smoothly, and breakfast by Maria was a daily delight. A tranquil retreat amidst the vibrant Sorrento, just a short walk from attractions.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The location is fantastic, tucked away on a quiet street yet only a five-minute walk from the bustling pedestrian area filled with delightful restaurants and shops. The facilities are excellent, and our Luxury Suite Spa Bath was spacious and well-equipped, making for a comfortable retreat. The staff are exceptional, especially the breakfast prepared by Jusi, which was a daily highlight.
One downside was the limited Netflix access in the room, making it difficult to unwind with our favorite shows.

will certainly stay here again.
The Deluxe Room had everything we needed, including a comfy bed, a nice balcony, and a big bathroom with a shower. Breakfast was top-notch! The staff were super attentive, making sure we had everything. They even arranged an early breakfast for us. The hot tub was a fantastic bonus for relaxation.
